Shipping Info:

North America: Outdoor furniture Cedar orders addressed to Continental U.S., Canada, and Mexico are shipped UPS GROUND, free of charge, and take 7 to 21 business days to arrive, generally speaking. Teak generally takes 7 business days to arrive, and custom cushion orders take 2 weeks for stitching before shipping. All Orders are usually filled within 24 - 48hrs. Hawaii and Alaska orders are shipped via UPS 3 DAY AIR and are subject to additional shipping fees. If you reside in the Continental U.S., Canada, or Mexico, and would like UPS 3 DAY AIR, contact us via e-mail prior to ordering, and we will quote you a shipping price.

International Orders:

Overseas orders are shipped via UPS 3 DAY AIR and generally take 2 to 5 days for delivery. Contact us via e-mail prior to ordering and we will send you a quote for shipping price.

Warranty Info:

The Cedar Station will replace or repair any defective parts/products that are found within 30 days of purchase. Claimed defective parts/items on any outdoor furniture must be returned prepaid by the purchaser. Re-placed/repaired items will then be re-shipped to the purchaser at expense of The Cedar Station.

Returned Items Info:

Returns are excepted, and we will refund your full purchase price plus shipping provided the item is returned to us prepaid within 15 days, undamaged, and in its original packaging. An email must be sent to us before any return claim is granted. Customer must also wait for our return packing slips to be sent via email before returning items. A 15% restocking fee may be required on certain items, custom orders, or damaged items. (see below)

Shipping Damage & Product Problems:

If item is damaged in route of shipment destination, or there is a problem with the products construction, the customer must keep ALL packaging and The Cedar Station must be notified by email of specific damage as soon as possible. If original packaging and/or box are (a)Discarded, or (b)Shipped back to us without authorization, the replacement claim and/or refund is null and void. This will result in a denied claim, and a refund/replacement will not be issued. Customer must also wait for our return packing slips to be sent via email before returning items. So, be sure to keep all packaging, make your first step to replacement an email to us, and there will be no complications!

Furniture Kits:

Our furniture kits are available in two forms, unassembled and pre-assembled. We do not ship any furniture fully assembled, whatsoever. Pre-assembled kits have the major pieces of the kit assembled, though still need some assembly. All kits ship with needed hardware, and instructions.
